Fantastic response from the service. With twenty minutes to go till I went away for some time, I realized a black out had stopped our cameras from working. Do didn't think anything about it at the time and as power was restored I just thought I'd unplug things before leaving. Prime responded quickly and got the cameras up and running just as the taxi arrived! Another great service. Phew.

Darragh successfully sorted an IT problem I had with our new camera, he explained what the problem was & he also went above & beyond by adding your app to my laptop too so I could access my cameras whilst working away from home. This company have fitted 3 excellent CCTV cameras to my private property and I would recommend them to you too!

As soon as I rang Prime Security, their engineer, Darragh, set to work and resolved the problems methodically; explaining the process to me at all stages. He also gave me useful advice and instructions on how best to playback camera recordings; plus other technology explanations and advice. Great Service!

Prime Security sold us our CCTV system a little over a year ago and were reliable and professional throughout. As part of the original installation, I recall they revisited a couple of times to resolve some minor issues (wrong box, needed to change one camera). Recently, I hit an issue which was quickly diagnosed as due to the power supply. An engineer came out and fixed the problem within an hour and made sure I was happy and up and running before he left. Through all these interactions, I get the feeling customer satisfaction is genuinely important to them. That's why they'll stay as my go-to firm for home security.

Had a problem with my internet connection and Paul sorted it. I was expecting a call in 2 days time but they found time to call sooner and he fixed the issue quickly. He was calm and professional. Patient and polite. Thanks again. Needed help again today 10.2.22 with connecting to TP link and phone app. Max was professional and helpful. Prime Security have been nothing less than excellent. Cameras were fitted as booked. We found that they were working fine but a password was needed to activate all features. I left an email and they phoned back and the problem was sorted out within 2 minutes. The engineer guided me through the process. Superb!

I spoke to a chap called Mas when I had a problem with our central recorder box and we're getting no feed from the cameras. He told me an engineer had been arranged under my service contract but he had an idea that the power supply was the problem and was 90% confident a new one would fix it. He arranged to send one out but would keep the engineer appointment Justin case it was not as he felt.
The new unit arrived tge next working day (Friday - Monday) I changed the unit easily (he offered support if I were unable to do so) and lo and behold everything worked exactly as he described. Brilliant and knowledgeable service which I cannot commend enough. I do still have a slight problem but nothing to do with the reported fault, so he has left the engineer to visit. I am very pleased. Mas is a credit to the company.

I don't know the name of the young man who installed my camera but he was the perfect gentleman, polite, friendly and helpful, had a few technical problems but he made sure it was up and running and that I was happy before he left.
