Picking a company to provide a service is never easy unless you get a word of mouth about a specific provider or a team. In this case, I had to manage on my own and out of all the available contractors, I chose Floor Sanding Co. During their free site visit I was pleasantly surprised by their level of expertise. Even before the appointment, the customer support were very accommodating and scheduled the visit at time which would be convenient for me.
Unfortunately the surveyor got stuck in traffic so they called to inform me of a 10 min delay, which was acceptable. The quote was as expected and the work started quick enough. Even after some time has passed, I am still happy with their work and the result. My floor has never looked better.
