A positive experience, jass explained the procedure clear, told me my options. I'm a nervous and anxious patient but was put at ease by Jass and his team. They do a follow up call/text the day after to ensure you are well and if you have any questions regarding the treatment received. The cost of treatment is clear from the beggining with a detailed treatment plan and the expected duration of each appointment. I am glad I trusted my Instincts with choosing Ascent dentist my only regret is I never found them earlier.

I went to check if I could still wear my retainers after not wearing them for a couple of years and my teeth moving. I expected to be told that I would have to have more retainers made, which would be costly. However, rose informed me that as long as I could still get my retainers on, which I could, then it was fine to wear them :-) Rose was really friendly and helpful. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me and Rose was absolutely lovely with her, pretending to check her teeth as well :-)

Started going to ascent dental care last March 2021 with the fear of having any dental work, I have always been so self conscious of my teeth from young but just lost confidence in any dentist that saw me. Safe to say I met Jas who has filled me with confidence and put me at ease, knowing what I wanted to achieve set me up with the perfect plan, I quit smoking to achieve healthier teeth with the advice from jas and I am now towards the end of the treatment, and am so pleased with the end results! the staff are so welcoming and the professionalism and work within is by far worth any price on the treatment you receive! As someone with an extreme fear of everything dental, I can't recommend Ascent enough. All of the staff are the most knowledgeable, loveliest, most patient people. The service is amazing and the fees are really reasonable. After 20 years of dentist hopping and emergency treatment, I finally feel I am on the road to overcoming my fears. I was initially referred to this practice as a very nervous patient with complex dental issues. From the moment I set foot through the door, I was greeted with warmth & empathy, from the receptionists, to Rose, the practice co-ordinator & then Moh, the endodontist, who expertly assessed my needs & agreed a plan of treatment. At every stage of my treatment, I have been fully informed of the processes involved & my nervousness has been respected & worked on to the point where I haven't needed sedation at all ( a first for me).

I have built up a good relationship of trust in Moh & the team throughout the course of my treatment. The treatment isn't cheap, but again, there are payment options available to help spread the cost & the quality of the treatment provided makes it worth it. I would totally recommend Ascent Dental to anyone in a similar position as I was. They are light years ahead of any NHS practice I have ever attended.
