Dealt with Robert who sorted me my help-to-buy valuation. Very quick to reply, was able to book me in with short notice and was finalising it all late in to the evening as I was at work all day. He was also able to sort the legal work for the redemption which came out cheaper by doing it all together. Impressed with the customer service.
