Cant fault them, customer service was on point, product was amazing. I had custom woven labels made, the design team were fast and great at making any adjustments I requested. 2 week lead time was fulfilled. Label in the image was 1x2inch with a horizontal fold, love that they got all the details in such a small space.

I ordered some mailing bags for my online boutique from hallmark for the first time 4 weeks ago. James was super helpful during the design process, explained the items would take 8 weeks to make which was understandable due to them being custom made. To my astonishment the bags arrived yesterday just 4 weeks after placing the order! The look and quality of the bags is actually amazing I was really impressed and extremely happy with the finished product will definitely be a return customer. For anybody that is hesitant to use hallmark, bite the bullet and place your order I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

We ordered some paper carrier bags from Hallmark. James was really helpful and the overall booking process was hassle-free and went smooth. Bags came out nice and sturdy, definitely fit the purpose and nicely fit the garment hanger in, just the way we requested.
