                Purchased a new boiler. From the start it was a quick & easy process. Quotation was more than £1500 less than Scottish gas quote. Fitting was a quick & easy installation. Pleasant fitter arrived on time & was neat & tidy. If you are thinking of changing your boiler, go for it. We cannot recommend highly enough, wish we had done this years ago!

                The plumber was great and did a good job. The only problem with the quote process as someone does not visit there are unanswered questions. An example for other boiler installers they would get someone to do the brick work, and make it look good, boiler central made the hole water right and put a fake vent cover over it to tidy it up. I would still have preferred the brick replaced but this is not covered

                From the minute that I booked for a replacement boiler. They have been really good with keeping myself upto date with timings of delivery of boiler to the point that the engineers arrival times. And once the boiler was fitted they were on the phone explaining the warranty. So overall really happy with the service received.

                'BL-84781' Customer service was great and really proactive. The installer was also professional, polite and on time. However, there was a miscommunication between the sales/customer service team and the installer which could have delayed the installation. The problem was worked around, but better communication between the teams would be better! Regardless, would recommend :

                Reference 84453, very happy with the replacement boiler that was installed in October, and connects easily to the tado thermostat control. However, items were delivered such as brass piping, which we paid for but wasn't used, and we suspect (but can't prove) that the engineer damaged a piece of property in the kitchen. After work was completed place was tidied up but I had to ask for the holes leading outside through the wall, were filled in, as these were from the previous boiler.

                My order (ref: 84176) went through quickly without any issues. And the engineer did a good job. However, there was an additional charge for the condensation pump which I wasn't made aware of ahead of time, even though the boiler requires the pump in order to operate. I think this should've been communicated prior to the installation, and be included as part of the quote. Otherwise the quote is misleading.

                Positive experience, from their website to speaking with knowledgeable people on the phone, as opposed to sales people. They offer many boilers & with good advice but aren't pushy & various finance options are available. The boiler fitters were polite & considerate & have updated us with an efficient, modern boiler.

                My boiler broke and was dreading the time without hot water and heating, I found Boiler Central online who could come and fit my boiler the next day! I couldn't believe it but what a great service I had! The next evening, we had heating, hot water and he also took away the old boiler and tidied up. Paul was great!

                Job card 78273- Raymond Smith. Excellent engineers, communication about arrival great and when they arrived boiler off in no time, despite the tight space. No messing about. Courteous and professional at all times. Very clean and tidy too. The Boiler Central staff checked in throughout the day too which was nice to make sure I was happy with the installation

                Good initial customer service but a bit slow in keeping me informed of changes regarding the installation time/date. That said on the day of installation the engineer was excellent, as was the electrician. Work was completed without any issues and both ensured we were satisfied with everything before leaving.
