I was particularly impressed by both the attitude and service to my impromptu request to collect my spectacles a day earlier than arranged. I was greeted pleasantly and was dealt with in an efficient manner. I left the branch with a smile on my face. The spectacles have met my expectations.

My experience was at the Worcester Park branch, I found the staff extremely polite and helpful, the optician was very careful to explain what she was doing and answered my questions fully. The day of collection was also a very pleasant swift procedure. In all Icouldnt fault it at all. Well done!

Experience satisfactory but whilst I appreciate advise re suitable frames, I would rather be left to my own devices when it comes to making a choice and not have an assistant breathing down my neck which causes me to rush my decision. On this occasion I believe I made the wrong choice.

Very good staff and knowledgeable staff. Only problem was that I was not notified when my new glasses were ready to collect, which is what they said would happen. When I phoned, I could not speak with anyone, just automated messages. So I just turned up there after waiting 3.5 weeks and they were there, presumably for some time already. Otherwise a very good experience.

I just went in to get my glasses fixed today. It was a small thing. Hennan (I hope I spell her name correctly): take care of my glasses. It was a true pleasure for me to deal with her. She took her time, made the necessary repairs, and made me feel welcome and unhurried. Thank you once more, and I hope to see you soon because I'm going to get a new pair of glasses (the old ones were repaired because I didn't have time to make new ones).

All staff very friendly. Yasmeen, very helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me choose new frames, then dealt with the measurement side of the visit, she explained about the reaction lens, and went through the bill. Trasana who carried out the eye test explained what she was doing and the reason why all through the examination, and was happy to answer any questions. Excellent experience at this branch. Thank

Repaired my bent sunglasses with such a friendly and professional attitude. Even though I did not purchase my sunglasses from Specsavers, Haneen and Mohammed did not hesitate to help me with my repair. They did a great job and even gave me a new hard case to help prevent more damage. Thank you!

Yasmeen and Haroon were amazing today. I wanted to get some cycling specific sunglasses and Yasmeen made sure I found the right ones for my trip. I'll be cycling through France this summer so I wanted a prescription pair that I could also use in the sun and at night time. The level of professionalism and understanding I got from both was incredible.

Got my glasses three weeks ago. The optician who assisted me was great! I came back yesterday to have my nosepads readjusted. Mohammed was very helpful! He patiently readjusted it to fit on my nose bridge comfortably. Lovely service!
