About Us
Report
Our vision at The Mindfulness Project is to create an innovative platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. At our beautiful centre for mindfulness in Central London, we've brought together a team of London's best mindfulness teachers to create a true hub for learning to meditate and practice mindfulness.
About
Report
Mindfulness is a simple and powerful practice of training our attention, which has been shown to be very effective in reducing stress and anxiety as well as having a wide-range of documented benefits valuable to employees. Mindfulness training for companies is an investment in reducing the costs of health care and absenteeism associated with stress-related conditions, as well as improving employee retention, satisfaction, and overall engagement.
The Resource Lab
Report
Interview with Jon Kabat-Zinn, who changed medicine through his pioneering work on meditation and stress. Ernie Rea & Minfulness Experts discuss mindfulness and how it has been adapted to a secular environment. On the Greater Good podcast, the pioneering researcher and author of Self-Compassion explains why it's OK to accept your faults and be kind to yourself.
Our Space
Report
Our beautiful space provides an inviting and relaxing escape in the heart of the city, making it an ideal setting for learning to meditate and practicing mindfulness. Our centre for mindfulness can be found on the 2nd floor of 6 Fitzroy Square, an eighteenth-century townhouse overlooking one of London's most beautiful square gardens (Fitzroy Square W1).
Online
Report
Our online mindfulness platform is designed to facilitate learning mindfulness as you would expect when attending a course or workshop in a physical space. The online format allows for group and one-to-one interaction, due to it's face-to-face format, so you are able to interact and engage with the mindfulness teacher and the other participants.
