I have to say I have been so disappointed at so many hairdressing shops, BUT, Omg This was the best experience in years, Kristina listened to me, 100 per cent, I had no hair pulling, nothing but very good experiences,I will definitely be going back as I have found The best hairdresser. The ladies were very kind and welcoming. They are client-oriented and are happy to listen to the customer's needs. And if the customer is not satisfied with the first results they will amend until the customer leaves with a smile.

Had a great experience. I showed the stylist a few pictures and explained what I liked about each of them. She then explained to me what she was going to do and really stuck to the plan! I told her I didnt want to lose any length and she managed to get rid of my split ends and still feels like my hair is the same length. I am very happy with the result. The stylist was very understanding and suggested doing more layers next time, but only if o liked it this time around. I found this approach very professional and I will be definitely coming back. Totally recommend!

I called to book an appointment for my 12yr old niece a week ago for sat 8th May. Spoke to a woman who booked it for wash cut and dry. I mentioned shes 12 and wanted to book for layers and feathers and she has medium hair. Was told on phone they do not have child price buy will charge her 30 for medium hair. On the day she was charged 40 and the hair cut was of poor quality. Layers are not even noticeable or feathers at front. When the hairdresser was told we were tld it would cost 30 she kept saying i dnt understand what your saying as thats what we charge. My sister paid and left with her
