UPDATE (07.06.21): In response to your reply today that states 'we offered to come and collect the soil and replace it' this is a total lie. The E One Haulage team evidently has no moral standards at all.
BE WARY ABOUT TRUSTING E ONE HAULAGE. We paid E One Haulage to transport 5 tonnes of soil for our new garden's raised beds and the soil the driver picked up was confirmed as high quality. When the driver arrived he insisted it was poor quality (I did not get the chance to look at it myself as he was in a rush and the truck sides were high) and that they had a much better quality soil at
