E.J.PAYNE LIMITED is a long established family business. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, in the heart of England, it's roots can be traced back to the end of the nineteenth century. Over the years the company has diversified into two separate business divisions. E.J. Payne Leisure was formed in the 1970's to meet the demand for a reliable local company to supply chemicals and equipment to a growing number of private and semi-commercial swimming pools in the local area.
From this beginning we have gone on to become a national supplier to many hotel and private leisure groups as well as now offering a full package of design, build, maintenance and service of new and existing swimming pools and "wet leisure facilities".The E.J.PAYNE group is also proud to be Authorised Dealers for Arctic Spas and Superior Spas along with having its own line of spas, HTS Spas.

The drying and firing of ceramic samples in laboratories to either match the factory floor cycles as closely as possible or to create new firing patterns means that we have a very wide range of instruments available. General drying ovens with maximum temperatures of 250 / 300°C, with chamber sizes from as small as 6 litres up to 1,250 litres in standard models mean that most bases are covered.

Laboratory "Pot Mills" have been used for many years in the lab for analysing small sample volumes of incoming materials.
