Based in Earlsfield, Wandsworth, our osteopaths use a broad range of osteopathic techniques, from gentle and harmonic to firmer manipulation and soft tissue work to suit the needs of the patient. Most of our practitioners are specially trained to use western acupuncture to complement the treatment.
A few of us have also trained with the 'father of function' in the USA and use a 'functional' approach to their treatment. All our osteopaths have undertaken at least four years full training at accredited institutions and are full members of the General Osteopathic Council, the regulating body for all osteopaths.

Back to Back is a family run business. The principal, James Dodd, qualified in 1999 and first rented a room in the local doctors' surgery, The Earlsfield Practice. Here he built up a relationship with the GPs and had his first introduction to the Earlsfield community. With the support of his wife Annie, he opened Back to Back - The Earlsfield Osteopath in 2001, in a former plumbing shop on Garratt Lane.
