Osteopathy
Our osteopathy treatments focus on restoring joint function and alleviating pain through hands-on techniques. We address musculoskeletal issues like back pain, neck strain, and sports injuries by improving mobility and promoting natural healing. Patients receive tailored advice on posture and exercise to prevent recurrence, ensuring long-term relief and enhanced physical resilience for individuals of all ages.
Sports Injury Clinic
The Sports Injury Clinic specialises in diagnosing and treating athletic injuries using osteopathic techniques and rehabilitation strategies. We help athletes recover from sprains, strains, and overuse injuries while optimising performance. Our approach combines soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and personalised exercise programmes to accelerate healing and prevent future injuries, supporting both amateur and professional sportspeople.
Soft Tissue Massage
Soft tissue massage targets muscle tension and stiffness to improve circulation and reduce pain. This therapy addresses chronic aches, postural imbalances, and stress-related discomfort through deep-tissue manipulation. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, promoting relaxation while enhancing mobility and recovery for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
Functional Osteopathy
Functional osteopathy evaluates how bodily systems interact to identify root causes of pain beyond isolated symptoms. We integrate movement analysis, postural assessment, and targeted interventions to address complex conditions. This approach benefits patients with recurring issues by creating comprehensive treatment plans that restore balance and improve overall physical function through non-invasive methods.
Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation programmes support recovery from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions through structured exercise and manual therapy. We focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility, and coordination to restore independence and prevent re-injury. Treatments are customised for each patients goals, incorporating progressive training and ergonomic advice to facilitate a safe return to daily activities or sports.

I had terrible upper back pain to the point of not being able to hold my newborn. I’ve seen a number of osteopaths and chiropractors over the years however the immediate relief I had in my back following the session with Annie was one I’ve never felt before. Worth every penny and would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Back to Back today with Annie. My neck and shoulder had been barely manageable a day ago and with a few magic moves from Annie, the problem has already massively improved. Not only that but she was thorough in getting to understand my lifestyle and past history to really get to grips with the reasons why my issues were presenting themselves. Walked me through a series of exercises to do at home - all very doable - whilst also explaining the reasons why I need to them and the impact they will have on my specific issues. I felt wholly comfortable from beginning to end

After a couple of days of little neck movement and years of ongoing shoulder ache, Annie was a miracle worker. She was super thorough at understanding my lifestyle and the contributing factors to my back pain, helped create so much more fluidity within my movement, clearly and calmly showed me exercises to do at home and was just really lovely. Really impressed with the whole experience at BackToBack and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I've just completed 2 online sessions, during the lockdown, with Annie at Back to Back having initially been incredibly sceptical that they would be of any use. Well, how wrong I was.
48 hours ago I was a screaming mess with hideous lower back pain pretty much confined to my bed. By the end of our first session I was standing up unaided and had recovered a fair amount of mobility. Roll forward 24 hours (to now) and I have been able to go on a short walk and feel well on the way to recovery. I cannot thank Annie enough and I highly recommend using the online service...
