Had our BMW for almost 4 weeks, within the first week theyd diagnosed the problem, then 2 weeks had gone by with no update so called them and said theyd got the parts in but were waiting for a slot to fit them. A week later called them again to see if theyd looked at it and was told theyd put it on the ramp then had to take it off due to an emergency. Understand that there are emergencies more important but 4 weeks is ridiculous, and we still have no idea when well have our car back!

Chevron were appointed the repairer from the warranty company and they were very good. Although things took longer than I would ideally have liked this had to do with the warranty company taking their time authorising repairs. Would use again, and the staff are very friendly.

Brilliant, honest and friendly.

I have been using chevron for 15 years and wouldn't use anyone else. They are friendly, efficient and so helpful. I know they are so very busy at this time with ambulance work with this covid 19 which is to be applauded. They have been open throughout and I can't thank them enough. Well done to everyone of you!!!

What these guys don't know about Subaru isn't worth knowing. Total professionalism and great service all round. Would fully recommend!
