Great products and the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I was served quickly yet they still apologised for the very short wait. They offered to carry my purchases to my car and even held the door open for me when I left! And the girl who works there is fine!

I'm absolutely delighted with the fireworks and the service at Sparklers Fireworks. The staff are friendly, very helpful and kind. Today was my 2nd purchase, having done the 1st online I'm equally satisfied and would highly recommend either option. Having a limited budget I was given great advice by the staff and a welcome discount. Thankyou so much to you all at Sparklers.

Just went in with my Dad and my sister. Upon arriving, I could see the walls covered in beautiful fireworks decorated colourfully, clearly from the best suppliers. The man and woman there waited eagerly as we came too speak with them. The young woman happily showed us all of the fireworks explaining them in great detail and in good spirits. The man was very talkative and kind. The shop had so much to offer that we ended up going 16 over our budget! I enjoyed being there and Im happy with our Air Force rockets, neon sparklers, razzmatazz wheel and low noise fireworks selection box. Much better

Purchased fireworks for a event. We were quite particular with the type of fireworks we wanted. Bakul was great help in helping me find these with videos and different options to cater for the event. Unfortunately due to timings we wouldnt receive them in time being based in london however Bakul contacted me in advance and sorted out a refund. Great service definitely recommend. Thanks again.
