Cutting
Our advanced Quattro laser and AMADA CNC punch systems achieve precision cuts in materials up to 12mm thick. We maintain tolerances of 0.1mm for laser-cut components and 0.2mm for punched parts, handling sheet sizes up to 2500mm x 1250mm. This capability supports both prototyping and large-scale production runs for diverse industrial applications.
Folding
With five CNC and manual press brakes, including two 7-axis Amada machines, we achieve folding capacities up to 100 ton X 3mt. Our extensive tooling inventory enables complex bends in various metals, maintaining strict dimensional accuracy. This forms the foundation for creating precise structural components and enclosures.
Welding
Our CAA-certified welders specialise in MIG and TIG techniques for steel, aluminium, and alloys. Capable of working with standard tube sections or custom assemblies, we provide certified welds meeting aerospace and industrial standards. Additional capabilities include stud welding, brazing, and soldering operations.
Assembly
We offer complete build-to-print assembly services using Avdel and solid riveting techniques alongside self-clinching fasteners. Our trained technicians handle complex multi-component assemblies, ensuring precise mechanical integration. This one-stop approach reduces supply chain complexity for clients requiring fully assembled metal systems.
Finishing
In-house capabilities include graining and aqua blast finishes, while approved subcontractors provide powder coating, wet painting, and anodising services.
