At our 12,000 square feet factory in Nottingham we have the facilities to produce a vast array of products.
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously and source all our timber from sustainable sources. We heat our workshop with a biomass boiler using only the waste timber from our manufacturing and a have solar panel system to generate electricity for our use. We take pride in every made to measure door we produce using only the very best hardwoods. Our bespoke doors are constructed at our factory In Nottingham where they go from plank to product through the utilisation of our state of the art machinery. The traditional techniques we use have been tried and tested for hundreds of years to ensure maximum durability.
Internal doors

At Patchitt Joinery we have been specialising in solid door manufacture for over half a century. A vast majority of internal doors fitted today are off the shelf solid core veneered doors. This is a cheaper alternative to a solid timber bespoke door. Which ever option you require we can help. We have the facilities to manufacture bespoke doors and also alter and customise off the shelf doors.

We have the facilities to manufacture whatever style of windows you require whether it storm-proof, flush casement or traditional sliding box sash. You can choose from our traditional storm-proof design with smaller timber sections or go for our new A rated window system boasting double rubber draught seals.

At Patchitt joinery we have been manufacturing staircases for over 50 years. For a fraction of the cost of a new staircase you can now transform your existing one. All visual aspects of your existing staircase can be transformed to look completely new. All our stair parts are all British manufactured in house at our Nottinhgham factory.
