The reception staff and hygienist were very friendly, but as a new patient, I would have expected the dentist who treated me to be more friendly. I found his manner a bit abrupt and not reassuring. He speaks too fast to follow easily and when booking my dental treatment, he did not warn me of possible infection afterwards, so I had to postpone my treatment until after my holiday. Also, he did not warn me before the booking that I would not be able to eat for several hours after the treatment. I am happy with the dental treatment he gave me however. I do also feel that the staff do a bit of a hard

I didnt feel myself a valued client. On the contrary, I felt myself as a second class citizen. I was upset because my disability wasnt understood and that they take advantage on me, because of that and the pandemic, which means I have very limited choices. I felt if my money would not worth the same than anyone else. Very disappointing and upsetting.
