Really impressed with the customer service and experience at Bicknells. My partner David had a great experience choosing my engagement ring. Azad made him feel comfortable and in safe experienced hands, in what could be quite a daunting first and once in a life time experience. I am so pleased and in love with my ring and couldn't wish for anything more beautiful. When we went to have my ring resized (which was an easy appointment to make and done on the day) we chose our perfect wedding rings. Again, we were greeted by Azad and treated like time was no issue, we tried on rings at our leisure

I went into the store after viewing a ring online. I was greeted by Sue who was extremely helpful, welcoming and polite as soon as I walked in. Sue was very knowledgeable about my chosen ring and was able to provide me with all of the information that I could possibly want around this. I recently contacted Bicknells by phone as I required a very specific piece of jewellery. I was helped by Azad, an incredibly lovely and helpful member of staff. I explained what I was looking for and he gave me a mobile telephone number so I could send some pictures of jewellery which I had already found online to help him find some suitable items. Azad messaged me back within a few hours with pictures of jewellery which matched my description. I visited Bicknells by the end of the week and purchased a beautiful white gold and diamond bangle.
