Services
Agronomy Advice
Our BASIS/FACTS qualified agronomists provide evidence-based crop management solutions tailored to local conditions. We offer regular field assessments, rotational planning, and fertiliser recommendations backed by Agrii's 50,000+ trial plots. Our precision farming service uses Rhiza satellite imagery for variable rate applications, helping farmers maximise yields while optimising input usage across cereal, forage, and arable crops in the Welsh border counties.
Animal Health Services
Registered Animal Health Advisors deliver comprehensive livestock care solutions, including wormer resistance testing and faecal egg counting. We supply prescription medicines and formulate custom mineral supplements to address regional soil deficiencies. Our pharmacy-trained staff provide expert guidance on parasite control, nutrition, and disease prevention for cattle, sheep, and other livestock, with special focus on sustainable worming practices and feed efficiency optimisation.
Precision Farming
Using Rhiza's high-resolution NDVI imagery, we create customised variable rate maps for seed, fertiliser, and nitrogen applications. This technology enables precise field management through advanced weather modelling and crop monitoring, helping farmers achieve optimal yields while reducing input costs. Our system integrates with farm machinery for automated application rate adjustments across different soil zones within fields.
Fecpak Analysis
Our accredited Fecpak laboratory service identifies parasitic infections in livestock using second-generation Techion technology. By analysing faecal samples, we determine precise worm burdens to guide targeted treatments, reducing resistance development. Results are available within 24 hours for samples received at our Hay Farmcentre, supporting sustainable parasite management decisions for sheep, cattle, and other farm animals.
Feed Supplies
We supply a comprehensive range of animal feeds and nutritional supplements, including our proprietary SuperStock mineral buckets. Formulated based on regional soil analysis, these products address specific deficiencies in the Three Counties and Welsh Marches areas. Our offerings include lamb milk replacers, horse feeds, and poultry supplements, all supported by expert dietary advice to improve livestock health and productivity.

Mar 14, 2021 Report
Two ladies helped me pick some horsey items to post to my 13 year old Granddaughter who has just taken on a loan pony. The ladies were so helpful and enthusiastic, they gave great advice and helped me get the best for my budget. The parcel has arrived with our Granddaughter and we have had the loveliest message to say how pleased she is with her new kit. We will be back for the boots! THANK YOU
