Services

Tree Pruning

Our tree pruning service enhances tree health and structural integrity through precise crown thinning and shaping. Utilising industry-standard techniques, we remove deadwood and improve light penetration while maintaining natural aesthetics. Clients benefit from reduced storm damage risk and prolonged tree lifespan, with all work conducted by NPTC-certified arborists using specialist equipment.

Tree Felling

We provide safe, controlled tree felling for hazardous or unwanted trees using advanced rigging systems. Our team assesses each site for obstacles and environmental considerations before executing removals. Clients receive post-felling stump management options, with all operations complying with British Standards BS3998 for tree work safety and best practice.

Stump Grinding

Our stump grinding service eliminates tree remnants using powerful machinery, reducing stumps to mulch below ground level. This prevents tripping hazards and regrowth while preparing sites for landscaping. We handle both domestic gardens and large commercial areas, with debris removal included to leave clean, usable spaces.

Hedge Trimming

Professional hedge trimming maintains property boundaries and enhances garden aesthetics through regular shaping. Our team uses sharp, sterilised tools to promote healthy growth patterns while controlling size. Clients receive seasonal maintenance schedules tailored to hedge species, ensuring year-round neatness and density.

Woodland Management

We offer comprehensive woodland management plans balancing ecological conservation with client objectives. Services include selective thinning, path creation, and invasive species control. Our approach preserves biodiversity while improving timber value and public access, with all interventions following Forestry Commission guidelines for sustainable forest management.

Another excellent job by the Masons team! Very pleasant and efficient lads, who arrived exactly on time, felled a large pine tree for us, and lifted/reduced/ reshaped the crowns of several other trees. They left the site tidier than before they came! Masons are our immediate first choice for any work needed on our trees, and we highly recommend them
