What areas do you deliver to?
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, with regular services to Wales, The Cotswolds, London, and the South West region.
What is your 'deliver clean, return dirty' policy?
We deliver all crockery, cutlery, and glassware clean, and collect them post-event for professional cleaning at no extra charge, provided items are scraped free of food residue.
How are hire prices calculated?
Prices are based on 1-4 day hires with weekly rates available for longer durations. VAT and delivery charges are added separately at checkout.
Are your gas and electrical equipment certified?
All gas equipment is Gas Safe certified and electrical items are PAT tested, with regular safety checks conducted by trained staff.
Can you accommodate last-minute orders?
Our flexible team regularly handles urgent requests, with same-day assistance available depending on equipment availability and delivery logistics.
What event types do you support?
