Couldn't of asked for more. I was treated with care and respect. I was referred to by my name every time I was spoken to. Everything that was being done during the process was explained to me. Lydia is so mild mannered, polite, approachable and friendly. I was offered a choice of hot drinks and water (bottled). I loved it. Can't wait to go for my top up.

Absolute perfection. After over 6 years of threatening to have my brows micro bladed I finally got the nerve to make the call and cant believe how fantastic my eyebrows look! Why didnt I go to Lydia years earlier? I dont get my nails or makeup done, I dont even go to the hairdressers! I was anxious all day until I was greeted at the door by Lydia and relaxed straight away. The place is spotless and Lydia is adorable, professional and knew exactly what was the best me. My brows look so natural.

I may be at the higher end of the age scale however the magic worked by Lydia in giving me beautiful eyebrows has given me a new lease of life.
