With websites, it can be hard to see the woods for the trees. As an alphabet lumberjack, I cut back the jargon and ask what your audience wants answered. Past projects: Durham Cathedral, The Lake District National Park, First Choice Holidays and a bouquet of other businesses and organisations. After studying English at Cambridge University, I started writing for websites in 1997 and have never looked back.

It's so satisfying creating helpful, friendly 'online shop windows' for clients.
