About Steve Steve set the company up in 1995 having worked in the construction industry since 1980. He is a time-served joiner who went on. About Jordan Born and raised in the sunny North East, Jordan has now established his family on the Wirral. Having met his partner while studying. About Emma Emma began her career with Courtley back in 2009, as an administrative assistant to the safety advisors.

Since we started Courtley Health and Safety in 1995, a few things have changed. These twenty plus years have allowed us a front row seat to see how health and safety law and practice has developed alongside changes in society. Many years ago, it was all very prescriptive. Laws would state employers must do this and that.

Steve set the company up in 1995 having worked in the construction industry since 1980. He is a time-served joiner who went on to become a sub-contractor, site manager, and then project manager on many schemes. These could be small to multi-million pound projects. Clients included pharmaceutical manufacturers, retail outlets and many others.
Jordan Beasley

Born and raised in the sunny North East, Jordan has now established his family on the Wirral. Having met his partner while studying for his degree at Lancaster University. His early career is a mix from different industries with his skills leading him in to management positions. He heads the team of safety advisors here at Courtley demonstrating great leadership.
