Had an attic conversion from these guys and couldn't be happier with it. Andrew and his team are all exceptional at what they do, with great attention to detail to make sure the work completed is of the highest standard. It's transformed our 3 bedroom semi into a lovely 4 bedroom house, and it's changed our lives immeasurably. Not sure how we coped with just one bathroom for 6 years! We love our new bedroom and en suite, and it's been money very well spent. Feel like we've got an absolute bargain. Particularly with house prices in north Leeds being bonkers. Can't recommend AKB highly enough

The AKB team have just completed our loft extension. We had a hip to gable with dormer. We are really pleased and would recommend them to all. We had a challenging loft space with not much room for stairs or the finished room but their hard work, superior knowledge and dedication to get the job done paid off.

AKB recently completed a loft conversion for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We would recommend them to anyone! Andrew took us through the whole process from design, planning control, the build, and we didn't need to worry about any of it, he just managed it all for us. Throughout the whole build we also had chance to revise… small details so we got exactly what we needed, we even got an extra storage cupboard. On the occasions where we did have questions or concerns, Andrew and team were on it straight away. We would have no hesitation of using AKB in the future.

We hired AKB to do a roof conversion on our house. We wanted an additional 2 bedrooms and were happy to use the box-room area for the stairs. We also needed the ceilings lowering to make a bit more head space in the roof.
AKB got all the work done to a great standard and we are very happy with the results. They were easy to with and took care of everything in the project. I'd highly recommend their services.

We have just completed our loft conversion with AKB. Andrew and the whole team were always courteous, professional and reliable and kept everything neat and tidy at all times- they even cleaned up after themselves (much appreciated as we have a toddler running around!) They’ve done a beautiful job: we’re really pleased with the new space created in our home.
