Ordered this in October didnt think it was coming till January 2022. However was delighted to take delivery of it this morning. It is stunning, service from order to the two very polite gentleman than brought it and unpacked and placed into position this morning was perfect.

Amazing showroom. The view of the factory was great. It was amazing to see how your sofa was made. Lots of sofas and styles to try in the showroom. The lead time was a bit lengthy (but isn’t everything at the moment?) but well worth waiting for. The delivery was as agreed, on time and all packaging taken away. Being a muppet. It sure how to make my post a 5

We ordered the Harrington Corner sofa 4x3 and the Winged Armchair with footstool. All items are finished to an extremely high standard. They are exactly what we wanted. I dealt with the sales staff on the phone a couple of times to get the order right, and they were very polite and helpful. The delivery guys were also top notch, very friendly and stay distanced as delivery occurred during lockdown. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a Drake 2.5 seater sofa in Dune Fudge leather and a matching Imperial armchair and two months after delivery we are still delighted with both of them. Delivery was actually a little ahead of what had been promised and the quality and look of the pieces is very good. Being made in the UK is a bonus as well.

Terrible customer service. Rude, threatening delivery drivers with no PPE. We were delivered an incomplete corner unit that we had waited 4 months for. Delivery drivers said it wouldn’t fit through the door(a door order we had measured and according to the English Sofa Company was big enough and which we managed to fit through the door when they… had gone). Harassed us to sign a delivery note (which we didn’t do) for 2 pieces of a corner unit which we couldn’t see because they hadn’t unwrapped and assembled them. ESC were informed and did not respond to phone calls

Appalling customer care !! We placed our order for two sofa's at just over £4,000, with a 'Guaranteed delivery for Christmas' promise. Over two weeks later we were told the fabric is now out of stock, but offering us a totally different colour, (green, blue, or grey, instead of aubergine). Told the fabric would be in before Christmas and our sofa'… s should still be here in time. Then told they 'might be after Christmas'. Now been told the fabric is not in until 18th January, meaning our sofa's should be here some time in February. When I complained I was sent a copy of their T&
