Our History
Report
David Imrie travelled each morning by pony and trap into Glasgow to his farrier's premises near the High Street where he treated the various heavy draught horses which worked within the city at the time. In the afternoons on the return journey he would visit his farm clients in the surrounding countryside, and the dairy cows which were to be found in premises at dairies within the city limits.
Services
Report
We recommend vaccinations for all puppies, kittens and rabbits. Alongside keeping levels of immunity boosted, annual vaccinations are vital as they include a full check-up, and the opportunity to detect illnesses and diseases early on.

Aside from being great fun, these parties provide an opportunity for puppies to socialise with other puppies of the same age - this will help to make them happier and more relaxed around other dogs when they are older. It is also a chance for owners to quiz the nurses on aspects of their pet's care.
Pet Nutrition
Report
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Emergency
Report
In case of emergency please telephone the practice and you will be directed to our out-of-hours service, which is provided by Vets Now Hospital which is located at 123 North Street, Glasgow G37DA 01413 323212. We receive a fax the morning after your pet has been seen, detailing all treatments and investigations undertaken, enabling us to keep your pet's record fully updated, and allowing us to prescribe follow-up treatment if required.
Video Vet
Report
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
