We approached Thinklaser with new requirements to replace an old machine which we had also bought from them many years ago (which was still running perfectly fine). What I saw as quite a a complex requirement due to the variety of sizes of our product, was made quite simple by the team at Thinklaser. After some time developing and testing, the machine they made was installed on site and ready to go the same day. Well built machines, and great communication throughout the process, including the aftercare service.
