Terrible customer service. There was a delay due to stocking issues and staff absence but they didnt bother communicating this until I emailed them after my order still only showed as placed a week later. They take ages to respond. Still waiting for my item now (which was a bday gift) and its coming up to 2 weeks. Definitely would NOT recommend.
