Questions
How do artificial grass installations handle heavy pet use?
We use short-pile grass with C-shaped fibres that recover after use. Our pet-friendly installations include specialist drainage layers and antimicrobial treatments to maintain hygiene and durability.
Can you install artificial grass on uneven surfaces?
Yes. Our teams prepare ground surfaces using crushed stone and membranes to create stable bases for artificial grass installations, even on challenging terrain.
What maintenance does artificial grass require?
Minimal upkeep includes occasional brushing to maintain pile direction and debris removal. We recommend annual deep cleaning for optimal longevity and appearance.
Do you offer nationwide delivery for landscaping products?
Yes. We deliver artificial grass and installation accessories across the UK, with delivery fees applied for orders outside our North West installation area.
Can artificial grass be installed over existing surfaces?
Yes. We can install over concrete, tarmac, or existing lawns (with proper preparation). Our method ensures proper drainage while maintaining the surface's structural integrity.
What guarantees apply to installations?
We provide a comprehensive 10-year guarantee covering materials and workmanship when installations meet our technical specifications and maintenance guidelines.

I would like to thank Cheshire Artificial Grass for helping with the reorganization and cleaning of my garden. Emma and the team that did all the work were very nice, professional and very helpful with any issues. The quality of the grass and service was also top notch. The whole process, from the first conversation / visit to the completion of the task and contacts before and after the completion of the work, was simply a pleasure, certainly value for money, but most of all exactly what customers expect and how they should be approached by any business. Bravo Cheshire Artificial Grass for your

I had my lawn done. Dan was very professional and gave good advice regarding which type of artificial grass to go for and getting back to me with a quote. Had to wait a little but well worth the wait. I absoluteely live it. The young me were tidy and cleared up after themselves. They did a fantastic job. Would recommend to all my friends.
