Asbestos Removal

Specialized teams employ controlled methods to extract asbestos-containing materials like roofing sheets and pipe insulation. The process follows strict health and safety protocols to prevent fibre release, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Asbestos Disposal
Secure asbestos disposal operates through our dedicated licensed facility in Nottingham. We handle waste transport using purpose-built vehicles, maintaining containment during transit. Clients receive same-day certification confirming environmentally responsible disposal, meeting statutory requirements for asbestos handling.
Asbestos Surveys
Comprehensive asbestos surveys identify ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) in domestic and commercial buildings. Our specialists conduct detailed inspections of hard-to-reach areas like lofts and industrial premises using sampling and laboratory analysis. Reports provide actionable insights for property owners and managers.
Asbestos Garage Removal
Targeted garage removal service addresses asbestos-containing structures like roofs and walls. Our method ensures safe dismantling of outbuildings while preventing environmental contamination. Projects include complete structural removal and replacement of hazardous components with safe alternatives.
Asbestos Testing
DIY asbestos testing kits allow self-identification of ACMs in household materials. For conclusive results, we offer laboratory analysis of samples collected from flooring, Artex, or cement sheets. The process guides subsequent removal or management strategies.

I recently moved to a new property and found asbestos roof sheets in the garden. I made enquires with several companies including Smart Asbestos. They were by far the cheapest company and I was very impressed with there communication and level of service provided. The asbestos was collected within a week of contacting them and the site was left clean and free from asbestos. Highly recommended.
