Keep going back because the agents are always friendly and very helpful and always do everything they can to ensure the cover is exactly what we need. As a long serving customer I get a quote as an email, then a day or two later someone phones me to discuss the quote and enable me to make any changes. I discussed the price for a three deal fixed price and decided to go along with that. the staff were patient, knowledgeable and helpful without me feeling any pressure

Each operative knows exactly what they are doing, every time, without fail. They are unflappable, courteous and helpful, and, are all UK based.
Their prices are highly competitive, and, on the one occasion when I have had to make a claim, the service was impeccable.
I have found that even if necessary, they will do a quotation price match, or, beat a quotation obtained from elsewhere.
