Report
Was impressed to begin with, on their speed of replying to my enquiry form. Low and behold, once I had paid the 30 registration fee I have heard no more! After I chased them, I was told that they had no suitable nannies on their database! Clearly this could have been stated when I made my initial enquiry (in fact, I was told quite the contrary, that they had lots of nannies in mind!). 30 out of pocket and no communication since. Very sad to con people out of money - especially with young children during a pandemic! I would avoid this company and do not recommend. Save your money.
