I have had physiotherapy at the White House as and when needed for sports massage, running related injuries and back and shoulder pain over the last few years. More recently, due to a very demanding physical job in gardening and landscaping I was in a considerable amount of pain with nerve and tendon damage in both my elbows, neck and back. The pain was so severe that I had to have three months off work and I did not think anything would be possible to reverse the damage. Luckily, Steve was able to get me back working again over a course of a couple of months with a combination of physio, manipulation

Having soldiered on through 6 months of a gradual increase in pain and discomfort ,I finally checked with my GP whose surgery recommended a visit to meet their designated physio who diagnosed adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).
Ric Lockhart provided me with a series of 8 exercises which have, though uncomfortable at times, worked their magic and I am on the way to recovering full movement. I would unreservedly recommend the services of this team of professionals. Thank you
