How do I register my child at Acorns Nurseries?
Contact our Placement Team at 02920 382 009 to check availability. Pay a £100 holding fee per required day to secure your place, with 8 weeks' notice required for changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Debit, Tax Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, Standing Orders, and credit/debit card payments for nursery fees.
Do you offer flexible childcare options?
Yes, we provide full-time, part-time, and sessional care across our nurseries, with some locations offering extended hours to accommodate working families.
What qualifications do your staff hold?
All our staff maintain enhanced DBS checks and hold relevant childcare qualifications. We maintain staff-to-child ratios exceeding statutory minimums for optimal care quality.
Are meals provided for children?
Yes, we offer freshly prepared meals and snacks following nutritionist-approved menus, accommodating special dietary requirements with prior notice.

I cannot even think of the words to say about this nursery. I cannot recommend it enough. It is absolutely brilliant absolutely amazing and I really truly believe that my little one will exceed in his education years purely because of this nursery. I am so grateful for everything they have done for him, they went above and beyond. He made amazing great friends and loads of life skills, they helped shape my boy into an amazing kid thank you so much Acorns Nursery - Duffryn. I’d give 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

All 6 of our children have attended Acorns Whitchurch . Currently our twins who have just turned 2 are being cared for by staff that looked after our teenagers. I would recommend Acorns Whitchurch to anyone .

The staff are wonderful at Acorns Duffryn and our son enjoys such lovely activities while he’s at the nursery. We love the updates that we receive via a dedicated app.

The moment I viewed Acorns, I knew this was the nursery for us. It has a lovely feel with kind and caring staff! My child gained so much confidence from attending. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the girls. The food is amazing and my child is constantly bringing home masterpieces he has created! 5 *

My little one has been going to Acorns USW since she was about 9 months old. Sian and the staff there are absolutely lovely and are amazing with her. She loves it there! Everyone I’ve interacted with both at USW and in the office has been professional and absolutely lovely. I wouldn’t consider moving her to any other nursery.
