Precision Machining
Our precision machining division utilises advanced CNC equipment to manufacture complex components for energy sector applications. With capabilities spanning API threading and down-hole latch collet production, we maintain tolerances to exacting industry standards. Our Aberdeen facility supports both prototyping and large-scale production runs for oil & gas and renewable energy clients.
Specialised Welding
We provide ASME, AWS, and ISO-certified welding services including SMAW, GTAW, and SAW processes. Our welders perform critical repairs and fabrication for blowout preventers and offshore equipment, with in-house CSWIP inspection ensuring compliance with pressure vessel and pipework standards up to 100Bar.
Hydro Power Services
Our hydro power division offers mechanical overhaul and fabrication services for hydroelectric infrastructure.
