Having sold the majority of new homes in Borehamwood & Elstree over the past decade, our understanding and accuracy when pricing new properties in the area has been proven favourable with large developers and bespoke new-home builders.

On the west side of Borehamwood is Elstree & Borehamwood railway station, served by trains operated by First Capital Connect on the Thameslink route with speedy links in and out of central London. London buses run its 107 bus service through the town from New Barnet onto to Edgware and the 292 bus service going into North West London.

They had me under offer in a week. My property was on the market with 2 agents for 3 months and I didn’t have any offers. Simmons sent me a letter and said they could sell it, so I called and had David over. After my notice with the other agents expired, they had 2 offers on my house within 3 days. So happy and I moved out shortly after

Lucas, Oli and David were brilliant from start to finish, as first time buyers myself and my wife were unsure with processes and so all three were extremely helpful throughout. They kept us informed and if one was away the other would ensure our queries were dealt with, highly recommend Simmons!

They have proven themselves to be the best estate agents I have ever sold a house through.
Clear communication , loads of first class viewings with potential buyers very well vetted ( so no time wasters ) and had multiple buyers lined up for us. In the current market that is incredible work.
We were with another estate agent for 6 months before Simmons and the first agent just didn’t deliver. They had their own agenda , didn’t keep us informed and didn’t even get us a single offer. We sold with Simmons within the first month with them

I bought and sold through Simmons last year and I have to say it was a joy to deal with them. I really liked the fact that I was informed all the time what is happening. Another good point was that they always answered their phones within few rings unlike other companies I know.
The best thing with them was that they sold our house very quickly and for the correct price. Other agents wanted to either go in low or give us fake high price. I trusted Simmons estate the most and made a good choice with them.
Buying process was smooth too even
