A major part of what we do is commercial contracts. We have vast experience in this sector and currently do shop fitting and building tasks for W Boyes & co of Scarborough who at the moment have 50 high street retail stores along with our other high street retail customers. As a company we take pride in every aspect of our work to give a very high standard of work back to all our customers.

At Lansco we realise the importance of recycling and our carbon footprint minimisation. With this in mind we are happy to state that all our waste is recycled where possible. This has prompted us to recycle all our gypsum and plasterboard waste. Lansco handles some very large clear out and regeneration jobs for retail companies.
Lansco new office well under way

We have been in our new office now for a couple of years and we can now say we are well on the way to having it how we envisioned it! We now just need a new glazed aluminium front door and the reception finishing! Our new office is on Witham at the bottom of Holderness Road so pop in if you need anything quoting.

Loft conversions when done correctly and to building regulations are an affordable way to add an extra room to your property. Unfortunately not all builders work to the high standards that Lansco offer and over the past 7 years we have seen various building issues that could have caused damage to the property and also injury to the home owners.
