Our bespoke online alloy wheel powder coating production line process is unlike conventional box ovens. Our Processes using online system ensures each wheel reaches the optimum temperature for the correct amount of time. This allows us in most cases to use the same paints, powders and lacquers used by the manufacturers.

You have three options with your alloy wheel refurbishment/repair services so please pick whichever option suits you best and we will quote based on that option. Alloys without tyres - The tyres have been removed and you are just dropping in the alloys. The car dropped off - Your vehicle is dropped off and left with us whilst the work is undertaken.
Powder coating

As well as alloy wheel refurbishment BA Wheels Ltd. is able to carry out powdercoating and wet painting on many other objects. These range from motorbike frames and motorbike wheels to rocker covers and callipers. In fact we can coat anything metal that will withstand the curing temp and fit in the curing oven.

Diamond cutting, BA Wheels offers the latest in technology for refurbishing diamond cut alloy wheels, all work is undertaken at our premises with our purpose built CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathe by our fully trained technicians resulting in a quick and reliable turnaround for machining wheels of all styles.
