A Room in the Garden is a family run business started by Ivana Cavallo and Lukas Brzozowski and born from the desire to deliver unique, beautiful and practical garden buildings. We design, build and install high-quality bespoke garden offices, summer houses, garden guest rooms and storage rooms. All our garden rooms are fully insulated, beautifully finished and offer our clients a great all-year-round space.
Ivana, with a Fashion Degree from the University of Florence, and Lukas, with an Architecture Degree from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. They met in 2015, fell in love and after enjoying refurbishing their own garden space decided to start 'A Room in the Garden', immediately ditching the marketing company they ran before.

Each of our garden rooms is build with you in mind - from our pre-designed series to our bespoke rooms, annexes and mobile homes. They all, however, have some common main features, and each of them is build with the high quality we are known for. Under the permitted development act you can have your garden room built without the need for planning application.

A bespoke, tailored design doesn't mean that your garden room has to be expensive. It really depends on what features you would like. Some of our clients want just a practical, inexpensive garden office, while others want to spend some more on a summerhouse with lots of decorative features. Whatever you choose, we will always build it to the same high standard.

Our goal in creating the PRIMO range is to deliver a great garden building at a very affordable price without any compromise on the quality or the finish we are known for. PRIMO buildings come in 3 different depths and 3 different widths. In total you can choose between 9 different versions. These buildings are built for all-year-round use and can be used as spare guest rooms too, whatever the weather.
