Returned home this evening to find my front door key no longer worked so I had to get my son to let me in, I then discovered that the double locking system had stopped working and one of the door handles had dropped. Called Paul, he arrived withing 15 mins, assessed the problem, fitted the new part, and all done and dusted within an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend.
