Went into this shop to repair a handbag after reading the reviews. To my horror the man behind the counter was obnoxiously rude from the moment I approached him. His attitude was appalling, his tone of voice, his body language and sarcasm was almost as though he was in no need of my custom and purposefully rude.
Needless to say I did not leave my bag and would definitely not promote his services.

I found the shop online and went there in person. The business owner has a great sense of humor but more importantly thorough and confident as he talked me through what he planned to do to fix the wheels of my Dunhill trolley bag. He was impressive and I felt he knew the job. More importantly, I am happy with the result; I've used it and it travelled well. I hope it serves me another 10years . I'll definitely take my other suitcases that have same issues to KPA. Very well done ! I hope you have a succession plan. There's not enough of you around.
