Can't speak highly enough of Simply. Our solicitor was proactive, helpful and really knew our case. She gave us good advice and I felt reassured throughout that she was following things up without needing to be asked. Communication was excellent to us and the whole chain. My only regret is not using Simply for both sides of our chain - our other solicitor, who was almost 1k more expensive, was nowhere near as good. Thanks again.
