Collection/Delivery
Free collection and delivery within 10-mile radius of NN3. 48-hour standard service with optional 24-hour turnaround in select areas. Monday-Thursday 8:30am-1pm, Friday 8:30am-12pm. Garments insured during transit.
Pricing by Weight
Transparent pricing model calculated by laundry weight. Invoices emailed post-collection with confirmed delivery times. Additional 2 charge applies for deliveries 10-15 miles from NN3 postcode area.
24hr Turnaround
Accelerated 24-hour garment turnaround available in designated zones. Subject to collection timing and service availability. Standard 48-hour service offered as default for all orders across service areas.
Insurance Coverage
Full insurance coverage for garments during processing. Compensation up to 30 per lost or damaged item, provided issues reported within 24 hours of delivery. Excludes pre-existing damage disclosed at collection.

How are prices calculated?
Pricing is based on laundry weight. A £2 charge applies for deliveries between 10-15 miles from our base.

Yes, 24-hour turnaround available in designated zones. Standard service completes within 48 hours.
What happens if items are damaged?
Garments are insured up to £30 per item when reported damaged/lost within 24 hours of delivery.
How do you collect/deliver laundry?
