The engineer, Chris, was punctual, friendly, professional and did his job wonderfully. He even organised all of the wires in the cabinet, and when I say organised, I mean organised! He put labels on EVERYTHING, which for someone like me who is clueless about this stuff is incredibly useful! On top of that, he fixed a persistent issue I was having with my TV connection. The amazing service didnt stop there; he left a clear and detailed configuration document after his visit was complete, sent me follow up messages to check in on things and make sure all of the works continued to function properly
