Nightingales was recommended to me by a friend and I struck gold with this place. If you read the Care quality commission report you will see what an outstanding impression the leadership made on the inspectors. It was obvious as soon as we met the carers that this was a well run place where the carers think highly of the management and said it was a good place to work. That is so important in a care home, to make sure that the staff remain motivated We didnt ask mum how well the carers were doing, but every time we went to see her she always said how lovely the staff were to her. It needs to be bigger residents are on top of each other and it needs more televisions and subtitles on at all times.... Staff are wonderful and very hard working.
