When are toilets delivered and collected?
Standard delivery days are Wednesday-Friday, with collection on Monday-Tuesday. We confirm exact dates one to two weeks before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit card payments over the phone and BACS transfers. A 20% deposit secures bookings, with full payment due two weeks before delivery.
Do you serve areas outside Scotland?
We primarily serve Scotland and the North of England, with our fleet based in Alexandria, Loch Lomond.
Are your facilities wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible toilet units designed to meet accessibility requirements for events and public spaces.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. We recommend scheduling services within these hours as we don't provide 24/7 emergency support.

I highly recommend Honeywagon, we used their services for a small garden party. They were professional from start to finish and nothing was a problem in where we wanted the toilet situated. The toilets were modern and spotlessly clean. I’d 100% use them again for any party needing loos!
