Blaby Bowling Club was formed in 1947 and has continued to go from strength to strength ever since. The bowling calendar is a very busy time with entries into National and County Competitions, Leicester Leagues and numerous local friendly fixtures on Thursday and Saturdays plus Ladies fixtures midweek.
Coaching is available so if you fancy trying the splendid game of bowls please get in touch-bowls and shoes are available. In the winter part of the season the Club holds many social events such as dinners, lunches, bingo, quizzes and Friday night Skittles.

2012 Eastbourne Tour
Report
We played 3 games at Eastbourne Hampden Park Bowling Club, The Royal Parade Bowling Club and The Eastbourne Bowling Club. Then on the return journey we had a game at Kettering Lodge Bowling Club. Thanks again to Sandra and Dave Lane for all their hard work with organizing the tour and Jean and Tony Laywood for making it happen.
New Members

We are looking for new members to come and join us at one of the most attractive outdoor bowling greens in Leicestershire. The new season starts in April so come and have a few goes for free and for new members that join us for the 2021 season the first year's membership will only be 20.
From November every Friday night throughout the closed season we have a friendly table skittles evenings and many other socials and activities at our club house, so why not come and join us, all welcome Ladies, Men, young or old.
