Dropped my Dyson (must be 10 years old) off with him for a service. He rang me 2 days later to say Several parts needed replacing - so I was expecting a hefty quote.... 61. It now performs like a brand new Dyson. Brilliant

Ordered a dyson battery through D & D advised ours needed changing. At a cost of 79. We were told they would call us when the battery was in, we ended up contacting them. After fitting the new battery it would not charge so returned the new battery thinking it would be replaced but we're given a refund by an abrupt gentleman who didn't even check the fault with the battery! He didn't seem surprised we took the battery back and no apology or advise was given. Very surprised this day and age a small independent shop owner can afford such lack of customers service. I would not recommend D & D Electrical
